  • I get it and agree. Its important to have a space to hear yourself your inner voice. This is why meditation is so beneficial to do every day.

    This is why its helpful to take breaks and go walk down the block and back.

    Take some time away from your phone and computer and Tv.

    Sit in the car without the radio on and listen to your heart. Breathe!

    They call it tech detox. It’s good to detox while engaged with tech too. Be more discerning about what you watch on your timelines because the most important timeline is the one scrolling by you ie your life!
