The biggest roadblock I see when starting a Shopify Aliexpress Dropshipping business is the miss understanding on how much it’s going to cost.
You will often hear the term “$5 Facebook ads” and although that’s true it will end up costing you quite a lot more than $5. In this video, I take you through the real cost of starting a Dropshipping Business.
When starting the Facebook ads you will end up spending quite a bit on the testing stages and I would be prepared to spend at least $500 before you find a true winner. When I mean a true winner I mean a product that sells very well. You will often come across times where a product might sell for a while then stop, this isn’t a winner.
If you want your first Shopify Store to success you need to be willing to actually spend some money to get sales and make a return. The average stope makes around 30% profit so that means that you need to be willing to spend $100 to make back $300. If you’re willing to do that then your off to a good start.
I think the best way to get into this business is to get in with $1000. That’s a good amount of money for this.
